Is responsible for the creation and maintenance of sound policies and procedures effecting all financial, legal, administrative, and business development functions related to all security officer and consultant services. Mr. Fawcett directs all consultant services pertaining to security related issues. He consults with our clients regarding all security issues and strategic planning. Mr. Fawcett works closely with his staff and clients to ensure that the principles of Partnership are met and that the standards and quality of the services provided meet or exceed our client’s expectations. Mr. Fawcett has over thirty-eight (38) years of experience in security, military, law enforcement and Corporate Security management and administration.

Is responsible for the administration and day to day operation of the Security Officer and Patrol Divisions. Mr. Roberts selectively participates and interacts with our operations staff in planning special projects, reviewing and updating training protocols, monitoring site specific conditions, conducting physical security surveys, mediating any conflict, and serving as liaison between our clients and third parties such as law enforcement, security vendors and the like. Mr. Roberts has more than twenty-eight (28) years of experience in security, law enforcement and Corporate Security management and administration.

Is responsible for day – to – day manpower commitments and scheduling plans that meet our contractual obligations. He is responsible for the development and maintenance of all on site documentation. Mr. Greene works in conjunction with Paul Roberts, to present our Security Officer Basic Training and Advanced Training Programs. Mr. Greene is responsible for the coordination of on-site training and special training required by our clients such as CPR First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, TIPS and more. He administers our continuing education programs and manages our informational programs for our clients. He coordinates all field services through our Command Center staff, Patrol Officers, and Field Supervisors with the goal of providing client satisfaction. He ensures compliance with National Security’s corporate philosophy and the principals of the National System.
Ms. Linda Stankiewicz, Administrative Assistant
Administers National Security’s EEO program, benefits programs, and the company’s Worker’s Compensations Program as well as Health and Life Insurance benefits. Ms. Stankiewicz works for and report directly to the CEO for whom she organizes and manages all daily activities.
Ms. Lori Olin, Payroll/Receivable Coordinator
Is responsible for Accounts Receivable and our Payroll process. She conducts wage reviews in conjunction with the Operations Manager, processes payroll and ensures the integrity of the system. Ms. Olin prepares weekly reports that monitor vital administration and operational processes. Further, Ms. Olin is always available to address billing issues with our clients.
John Curtis, Human Resources Coordinator
Recruits, screens, and hires qualified candidates for assignment. Also, he develops and implements effective employment strategies, conducts wage reviews and provides information and guidance to employees.
Ryan F. Fawcett, Corporate Development Manager

Is responsible for the development and implementation of National Security’s marketing and sales campaigns which include corporate website development, search engine marketing, social media, direct mail marketing and advertising. Mr. Fawcett administers National Security’s PR programs, corporate brand strategy, as well as building and maintaining new client relationships for the responsible growth of the corporation.
